Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to
you. CarMart USA has tried to disclose all information known about this
vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical
scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject
to fail. CarMart USA welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection.
If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the
vehicle
prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges
and fees.
Please understand that
the vehicles are Pre-Owned vehicles and at times, the vehicles may come without
accessories such as extra keys, cd magazines, navigation discs, floormats,
tools, and owner's manuals. Please call for the exact accessories included
for the vehicle.
The vehicles
in the auction are pre-owned vehicles and they are sold as "As Is" condition.
However, most vehicles may still be in factory warranty or an extended
service contract may be purchased. Ask for details. Seller reserves the right to
end the auction early without any liability to the seller.

The winning bidder must contact the seller (CarMart USA) and ask for eBay Sales
or within 24 hours with a phone call or E mail (leave #) to start transaction
and to receive a Purchase Order via Fax.
The winning bidder must
respond within 24 hours after the auction with a $300 non-refundable deposit
required via PayPal or Credit Card to

Then, the buyer has 3 days from the receipt of the deposit to do his/her inspections
and due diligence. After the 7 days following the closing day of the auction,
if the buyer has not completed his/her inspections and due diligence, it will
be understood that the vehicle will be taken as an "As Is" without
the inspection by the buyer. If the above items are not met within the allotted
time frame, the vehicle may and will be available to all other buyers on a
first come first serve basis.
In a nutshell, the deal must be consummated within 5 days from the closing
day of the auction. Please notify us for any exceptions. Please understand

Illinois residents must add sales tax, and titling fees.
$150.00 doc. fee added to all deals, out of state purchasers are required to pay
applicable taxes and titling fees in thier home state.Effective February 1, 2005 certain nonresidents may not claim the out of state buyer exemtion. The folloing is a list including tax rates.AZ.5.60%,CA.6.25%,FL.6.00%GA.4.00%,IN.6.00%,MA.5.00%,MI.6.00%VT.6.00%. Out of state buyers
add $10.00 for driveaway permit.
Credit card transactions limited to $300.00 to start transaction.
Bidders must 18 years of age or older to bid.
No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations
or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.
Title Information:
Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In
many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21
days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles
in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting
for them to arrive. Titles will be held 10 days if payment is made via cashiers check or 3rd party loan check or draft. Will only release title with wire or cash transactions upon notification this form will be used.
Shipping & Delivery:
All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. CarMart USA will help with
shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising
from shipping damage!
Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $1,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility
for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements
are provided by CarMart USA as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier.
Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between
you and the shipper, not with CarMart USA.
The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is
generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility
until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate
Time of Arrival to be sure.
Additional Requirements:
At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued
valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment
to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed
and returned complete to Seller.
CarMart USA has done our best to disclose the equipment/condition of this vehicle.
However we disclaim any warranty as to the accuracy or to the working condition
of the vehicle/equipment listed. The purchaser or prospective purchaser should
verify with the seller the accuracy of all the information listed within this
ad.

By placing a bid
on this auction you are entering into a contract with CarMart USA and agree
to the terms of sale listed in this auction. Seller expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and neither assumes nor authorizes any person to act for it regarding any liability in connection with the sale of the vehicle.
Manufacturer warranties may still apply. Extended service contracts may be available. Please contact us for details.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or related to the placement and/or acceptance of a bid and/or the purchase and sale of the vehicle on which the bid is placed shall be governed by illinois law and the buyer and seller agree to submit same to binding arbitration in the City of Wheaton, Commonwealth of Illinois in accordance with the rules of commercial arbitration of the American Arbitration Association in front of three arbitrators. One selected by the seller, one by the buyer and one by the two selected arbitrators sitting in judgement. Any court having jurisdiction may enter judgment upon the award rendered by the Arbitrator.
Seller reserves the right to cancel the sale if, in seller’s sole opinion, the buyer is unreasonable or abusive. Seller will warn buyer only once that their behavior, actions or positions are perceived by seller to be unreasonable or abusive prior to canceling the transaction. If seller cancels the transaction due to buyer being unreasonable or abusive seller will refund any deposit or payment made by buyer but no other costs incurred by buyer of any kind.
Titles and ownership’s - Title delivery can take up to 30 days from the date of final payment. Final payment date is the date that the funds clear our bank.
If you do not accept all of the above conditions and rules then do not bid on this auction.
